1-Engine:
Engine kits.  We overhaul any 993 engine from stock to fully race prepared.  We also sell a number of engine management systems.  We can build most any engine for any budget.  Shown in the picture is the 3.8 ltr RSR engine built from a stock 993 engine for our Speedvision RSR.  Pricing varies with work needed. 993_engine.jpg (87672 bytes)
Oil Cooler kit.  Auxiliary oil cooler kit for 993 and 964.  Utilizes factory oil cooler and Earles hoses and fittings.  This kit replaces A/C condenser. 993_oil_cooler.jpg (59602 bytes)
Custom Dynamometer Testing.  A Clayton load bearing dyno is used to optimize enrichment and ignition timing.  Dyno testing is absolutely the most efficient and effective method for getting maximum performance from your engine.

2-Exhaust & Fuel:
Fuel Cell.  Fuel Safe custom 27 gallon/ 100 liter fuel cell.  Aluminum casing protects custom bladder which holds maximum capacity for professional endurance racing.  Direct bolt-in once factory fuel tank is removed.  Other capacities also available.  Cells include low-level indicator and surge tank.  Click here for more fuel cell information. 993rsr_trunk.jpg (61714 bytes)

3-Transmission:
RSR Clutch.  Stock dual mass flywheel and clutch assembly is converted with RSR clutch disc, pressure plate, and flywheel.  The total weight savings is over 18lbs.  

Custom Gearing.  Gears from Guard Transmission give the car more favorable ratios providing much better acceleration.  Also available are stronger steel synchronizers for each gear to replace the factory brass pieces.  Stronger shift forks and shift spindle replace factory pieces which commonly fail under racing conditions.  Shown are components for 6 speed G50; gears are also available for 5 speed G50, 915, and 944 gear boxes.  Call for pricing.

Solid Transmission Mounts.  Eliminates rubber mounting for a more positive shifter feel and better power transfer.  Offset nylon bushings are also available to raise the transmission and improve axle geometry if the car has been lowered.

Transmission Cooler.  Kits feature a Tilton electric differential pump flowing lubricant through a Mocal transmission cooler.  Transmission temperature drops by more than 30 deg.  Earles stainless steel braided -10 hoses and anodized aluminum fittings are used for durability.  Coolers can be custom configured for any application.

4-Steering & Front Suspension:
Moton Adjustable Struts.  Remote reservoir shocks allow for adjustments in rebound, high speed compression, and low speed compression.  These struts are easily adjusted and are critical for maximum performance from the car's suspension.  Moton struts are also available in Club Sport version.

Porsche Motorsports Sway Bar.  Factory 25mm sway bar from the 3.8 RSR.  Utilizes stock sway bar brackets with solid nylon mounts.  Stock drop-links are replaced with stronger ones that allow for better geometry.
Quick Release Steering Wheel Hub.  These easy to install hubs are available for all Porsches 1974 and later with Sparco or Momo steering wheels.  Strong anodized aluminum meets all safety requirements for racing.  It provides turn signal cancel, but eliminates horn function.

5-Axles & Rear Suspension:

Moton adjustable struts.  Remote reservoir shocks allow for adjustments in rebound, high speed compression, and low speed compression.  These struts are easily adjusted and are critical for maximum performance from the car's suspension.  JRZ struts are also available in single adjustable (compression and rebound both affected) and double adjustable (rebound and high speed compression.)

6-Wheels & Brakes:
Fikse Race Wheels.  Rotary Forged centers provide great strength and durability.  Fikse wheels provide a Huge saving in unsprung weight resulting in substantially quicker acceleration and deceleration as well as better response and more precise handling.  Race wheels come in a hard race anodized finish.  Shown in the picture are 18" FM10 Racing wheels used on our RSR.  These are 3 piece wheels and can be made in any size for any offset.

Twin Turbo brake conversion.  993 twin turbo front and rear brake rotors and calipers are a direct bolt-on and require no adapters.  Rear brake bias  valve can be replaced to optimize stopping performance.  Brake rotors are cryogenically treated for maximum life.  Stainless brake lines and Earls fittings can be configured for any application.  Pagid brake pads are used in most applications.  
ABS Reset switch.  Dropping a wheel off or going over rough curbing can cause the ABS system to get confused.  The result is no ABS protection and a Very squishy brake pedal.  This switch allows the driver to reset the ABS without killing the car's ignition, which is catastrophic in a racing situation.  On a 911, this switch can replace one of the factory switches in-between the gauges.

Fiberglass doors.  These doors offer a considerable weight saving of 104 pounds over steel doors and eliminates the window frame.  Holes must be drilled for mirrors and door handles.  Stock door latch components can be fitted.  Doors are "hollow" to accommodate NASCAR style door beams.  Nylon straps are used for door stops.

9-Electrical:
2 way Radios.  NASCAR proven Motorola Radios from Racing Electronics can be programmed to any frequency.  Radios are 25 watt, 4 channel, dash-mounted units.  Custom helmet installations are wired with microphone and earphones.  Crew headsets and portable radios are also available.  Prices depend on accessories.

Trailer Tie-Down Hooks for 993 and 996.  Front and rear hooks available for both models.  Hooks are powderpainted red for visibility and durability.  These hooks make strapping the car to the trailer very simple, just snap-and-go.
