Fernando Pena Finishes 2011 IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge Platinum Championship 2nd in Driver Points
Two race wins and Five podium finishes propelled Autometrics Motorsports driver Fernando Pena to a second place finish in the Platinum Driver Championship. The season featured some good luck, bad luck, minor crashes, a disqualification that was overturned, and some unprecedented penalties. Fernando did a fantastic job in his first season in IMSA Challenge and we’d like to congratulate him on a well-deserved second place finish. We’d also like to thank Colours Inc for their support throughout the season.
